Bandhanemporio provides services to you subject to the terms and conditions as detailed below. By visiting or using this website you acknowledge that you have read and understood and thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, shipping policies, return policies, order process, delivery timelines and Jewelry care detailed on this website. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Canadian and US copyrights and trademark laws.

This website is owned and operated by Bandhan Emporio. All designs and content included on this website is the property of Bandhan Emporio. All products will be provided with 92.5 hallmark engraved. Please note, no paper copy of certification will be issued along with delivery parcel. Instead an email will be issued to the customer. (Save paper, Save trees). However, product certification is provided upon customer request on additional charges.

Bandhanemporio makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on this website as accurately as possible. However, the colors we use as well as the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor or phone configurations will affect the colors that you actually see on your screen. Bandhanemporio cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any product color, texture or detail will be accurate.

Bandhanemporio reserves the right in its sole discretion to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms of use at anytime. Please read the terms and conditions every time you visit this website.

All the prices mentioned in USD are subject to our pricing policy and prices shall be determined only at our sole discretion. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify and shall not be liable to anyone for any modification in the pricing.

Products displayed are custom designed and manufactured by Bandhan Emporio and may have limited quantities. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on back order, please whatsapp message on +1-647-472-9097 and we can help you with the availability. Products are subject to our return policy and as Bandhan is a Canada based business customers are advised to reach us on WhatsApp only during our Business hours 11:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. 

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to bandhanemporio@gmail.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange for collection or may request you to ship the product to us (domestic deliveries only). (Please read our Shipping and Return Policy). The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Bandhanemporio and accept Bandhanemporio’s decision regarding the cancellation.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

GOODS ONCE PURCHASED, CANNOT BE CANCELLED. No returns or exchanges or resale.

CUSTOMIZATION POLICY & TERMS:

Customer designed merchandise or any item personalized cannot be returned or exchanged. Once customized order placed, cannot be cancelled. All customized orders are final and non-returnable

  • No refunds or exchanges once production has started.
  • Minor variations in colour, stone, texture and weight may occur and are part of the handmade process
  • Estimated price is approximate and may vary slightly upon final completion, as they are all handcrafted.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may change due to production or material availability
  • Any additional customization after approval may result in extra charges and time
  • The balance payment must be cleared before dispatch
  • Bandhan Emporio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services after dispatch

Returns & Exchange Policy: 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are not accepted.

1a. Unboxing video requirement: To report any damage to a product received, customers must provide a clear and unedited unboxing video that shows the entire process of opening the package, including the condition of the packaging and the product itself. The video must be submitted within 24 hrs of receiving the product.

 1b. Damage Claim without video: If a customer does not provide an unboxing video, we will be unable to process any damage claims. This policy is in place to ensure transparency and to help us accurately assess the condition of the product upon delivery.

1c. How to submit a damage claim: To report damage, please include the following and report through email at bandhanemporio@gmail.com

  1. Order number
  2. Detailed description of the damage
  3. Unboxing video (as described above)
  4. Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

1d. Resolution Process: Once your claim is submitted and reviewed, we will notify you of the next steps, which may include a replacement, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

2. Shipping charges to return any item are at customers expense and should be returned through reputed courier service in the original package, with product bubble wrapped. No pre shipping label will be provided. Shipping and returns are completely borne by the customer.

3. Product cannot be returned for reasons ..like…”I did not like the product” or if “it did not suit me, as multiple images, video and measurements are displayed on the site to help you prior to purchase. Should you need any additional information please contact us prior to placing the order. Despite of which no Returns, Exchange or Refunds will be entertained.

Bandhanemporio shall not be liable for any delays by courier services, however, ensure to help you track the product until it reaches you safely.

Once the tracking number is shared, Bandhan’s part in shipment ends there. The customer and the third-party shipping company shall directly communicate incase of any information regarding the shipment, i.e the time, transit information etc. 

Bandhanemporio shall not be held liable for any loss of package or other such concerns.By adhering to this policy, we aim to protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims and ensure a fair process for all parties involved.

Shipping:

All available products shipped are new and are dispatched with utmost care in 2- 5 business days. Please note we do not dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or any National holidays. Kindly calculate the delivery timelines before purchase. Delivery timelines are subject to change and are beyond our control based on unexpected logistics delays from courier companies due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen inevitable circumstances. 

Dispatch timeline depends on Payment Transaction processing time, Quality check prior to dispatch or any unfinished work.  For any inquiry on product quality you can contact us prior to placing order.

5. No refunds on products once purchased. Please allow 2-3 business days for transaction to process from the payment gateway. 

6. For shipping in India: Bandhan is an India and Canada based online business and we do ship in India. However, we ship internationally. Please contact us on WhatsApp +1-647-472-9097 if you need delivery outside of Canada or US. 

For shipping internationally: Delivery timelines are 7-15 days from date of order. We cannot be held responsible if parcels are mis-delivered  or stolen or parcel returned if customer not available at time of delivery.

For shipping within Canada: Delivery timelines are 3-5 business days from date of order.

7. Tracking number generation is completely on courier service provider. Bandhan cannot be held responsible for delays in tracking details.

Duties and Taxes: (International)

Any import duties and taxes applied when parcel reaches the destination, need to be borne by the recipient. Bandhanemporio is not responsible to estimate the value of duties nor have control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. Should you have any questions or concerns related to customs duty fee, please reach out to your nearby customs office.

For your protection all our products will be shipped through reputed postal services like UPS, Canadapost, Fedex, DHL, DTDC and professional couriers. 

Repolishing:

We offer free re-polishing and services for pieces bought from us for upto 1 year from order date. Post which all polishing and services will be charged at cost, depending on what kind of work is required on the piece.
